● All people using the sauna do so at their own risk. If you have any medical conditions or underlying health problems, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking.

● You must not use the sauna if you suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes; are pregnant; or are prone to dizziness or fainting.

● All people using the river as a ‘cold plunge’ do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures and varying conditions of the river.

● Be aware that the stove reaches extremely high temperatures and should be treated with respect. Do not touch any part of it, and only pour the provided water onto the rocks as instructed by a member of staff.

● Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.

● You must be at least 5 years old to use the sauna.

● If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practise safe sauna use, as well as making others aware of what to bring and other useful information.

● Pajasauna reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.

● If you wish to use the changing gazebo at the end of your session please be mindful of the next customers who may start to arrive shortly after you finish.

●There are large steps to enter the pitch and the sauna itself, we regret that they may not be suitable for everyone.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Confirmation

Booking can be made through our booking system. When making an activity booking, you must provide the following information: number of persons, age of children, phone number, email, payment method, activity date and time. Pajasauna reserves the right to reject confirmation if the payment has not been received. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided.

2. Payment

All bookings require prepayment.

3. Cancellation, changes and no-show

100% Refund if cancelled more than 24h before experience departure time. If the reservation is cancelled or modified less than 24h before activity start time, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The same applies to cases of no-shows.

Pajasauna reserves the right to cancel the booking due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. These include, but are not limited to fire, war, riot, terrorism, government action, strike, and other events outside our control that prevent or affect our contractual obligation.
